Not forgetting of course admin old Rog was the one who supported the disastrous tri-borough policing fiasco without consulting even his own side let alone the people.
I guess he knows May 2018 ain't that far off not that it will do him and his party much good.
Unfortunately there is nothing us residents can do to prevent the breakdown of law and order that is likely to follow these cuts.
We are the ones who pay for the services that we no longer get, we are the ones that have our cars vandalised, our houses burgled, our mobile phones nicked our friends assaulted and knifed in the streets.
We've had to put up with it for years and although I would like to remain positive, in my opinion it's not about to get any better.
"The residents of Havering atte Bower village now have private 24 hour security so they are OK."
So those residents have to pay once for the police service they don't get, and then pay again for private security. For those of us that can't afford the luxury of private security our only option is to lie down and take it or take the law into our own hands. Either way we end up the losers.
I suppose this is where all the resources have gone?

Counter-terror police on duty in the aftermath of the attack on London Bridge
A new £50 million base for armed police officers is to be built in central London to help protect the public from terrorism.
The new base will house at least 200 officers and contain a practice firing range, weapons storage and other facilities designed to enable the force’s firearms specialists to hone their shooting and decision making skills.
It will be built in Limehouse and is being located in east London partly to make it easier to keep officers on hand to respond to any future terror attacks in the capital.
