Perhaps they should start off with these three in the photo.
Well in fairness I've had dealings with Benham myself and he's usually been quite helpful but judging on past and recent events the other two leave a lot to be desired.

However a non partisan look at modernising education is desperately required. The Schools sit empty 16 hours a day .The pupils have no access to open lessons on subjects and the old fashioned method of measuring success is never reviewed.

Did she come out of retirement to take this job?
Nice gold plated pension pot from Buckinghamshire CC now a nice little earner at our expense not just financially.
Seems a bit of a hot potato this job.
Her two predecessors Joy Hollister (left at the time of the housing fraud scandal) and Isobel Cattermole (gained notoriety at Tower Hamlets for fiddling train fares) left much to be desired now this one.
As I've said before why do we need these revolving door senior managers here today gone tomorrow leaving us much worse off financially and the services they are supposed to enhance in a much worse state than they inherited.

It's a club, a jobs cartell. They never get sacked they just move to another authority. Even Sharon Shoesmith that presided over the baby P disgrace in Haringey has been hired as a lecturer on child safety.
We haven't inherited the earth from our parents, we have borrowed it from our children.
