ITunes Is Downloading Songs To Peoples Playlists Without Their Permission

Lorraine Moss
I was just going through the music on my Iphone and I noticed several U2 songs that I had not downloaded!  I then remembered hearing something about this on LBC.

I think that this is a step to far.  I remember I had a lot of problems when I had the Iphone 4, because it was 16gb I could not load many songs onto it.  When I upgraded I decided to pay a bit extra and get the 64gb version.

I also feel that a lot of people are very particular about what kind of music they like and to have songs just put into your playlist is totally unacceptable.

You're right Lorraine , stuff shouldnt be put on our gadgets without our permission. It starts with free music , very nice for some ,but for Apple there must be a lucrative handle on this . Not only that , as you say , you have gone to the expense of a larger memory , why should Apple be allowed to steal that space .
Apple and U2 aint doing this for love . Will we start to get  unwelcome media intrusion sent to our little electronic friend . Once this is a common practice on the part of Iphones the others will jump on the idea. The least they could do is give the recipient the option of 'accepting or declining' the offer .
Shame U2 cant sell their music , Spike wouldn't have thought that they need the money.
Spike has been told by his IT colleagues that Spike is tracked wherever he is if he is carrying his mobile , that should be interesting for the spooks .
